Cookie Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

This policy explains how Alpine Assistant uses cookies and similar browser technologies, and how you can control optional technology.

What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Similar technologies, including local browser storage, can remember preferences or provide a feature across page visits.

Essential technology

Essential technology supports security, page delivery and features you request. The public website also stores your cookie preference in local browser storage under alpine_cookie_consent. This prevents the consent panel from appearing on every visit. Essential technology cannot be disabled through our preference control.

Interactive demonstration

With your permission, the website loads Botpress to provide the interactive Alpine Assistant demonstration. Botpress may use cookies or similar browser storage to initialise the conversation, maintain its state, secure the service and operate the embedded chat.

If you choose “Essential only”, the Botpress scripts do not load and the rest of the website—including the contact form—remains available.

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently enable optional advertising cookies or a separate website analytics service on the public marketing pages. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

Changing your choice

After making a choice, use the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of the website to review it. Selecting “Essential only” after enabling the demonstration reloads the page so optional technology is no longer loaded.

You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Doing so may cause the website to ask for your preference again.
